Central Indiana Coalition for Homeless Intervention and Prevention of Greater Indianapolis (CHIP) renewed the contract with @Work Solutions to provide via its Case Management System the tracking and measuring of program goals and outcomes, report development, training and technical assistance. CHIP and its network of over 40 continuum of care organizations in Central Indiana provide services for the homeless. The contract will extend until July, 2014.

Central Indiana Coalition for Homeless Intervention and Prevention of Greater Indianapolis (CHIP) selected @Work Solutions to provide its "Homelessness Data Mapping and Database Development" project. The goal of this project is to increase coordination, improve community planning, and improve service delivery for persons experiencing homelessness. The project began in July, 2013, and will continue through February, 2014.

Operation Job Ready Veterans of Central Indiana (OJVR) selected @Work Solutions to provide technical assistance and consulting services
for them. OJRV serves Veterans and Military Personnel by assisting them with finding employment so they can reenter the workforce. The agreement will continue through June, 2014.​

@Work Solutions is assisting The ​Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) with rolling out the Client Track Case Management system for Domestic Violence providers throughout IN.

The ​Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority renewed @Work's contract, effective March 1, 2013, to provide on-going support for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). @Work staff support the operation of the HMIS for the balance of state, which includes 90 counties. @Work Solutions utilizes ClientTrack as the software system for the HMIS. @Work provides on-going technical support to IHCDA staff and over 250 end users of the software. In addition to technical support specific to the software, @Work staff possess extensive knowledge regarding homeless programs, funding sources and reporting requirements.

to be its case management system provider for the State of Indiana with TrackOne.  The new agreement is for two years through June of 2014.

Indiana workforce Region 4, based in LaFayette, IN, has contracted with @Work Solutions
to provide them with our fiscal tracking and voucher processing system.  They join 5 other regions in IN (Region 1 --Northwest IN; Region 2 - South Bend area; Region 3 - Fort Wayne area; Region 6 - Muncie & Richmond area; and Region 12 - Indianapolis/Marion Co.)  that currently have our fiscal system in place.

renew their contract with @Work for case management implementation, training and support services for its collaboration.
